Role Description The International Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and partners, and driving sales growth across key regions. Daily activities include conducting market analysis, preparing business plans, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, regulatory requirements, and product availability. The manager will negotiate contracts, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves attending industry events and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global pharmaceutical trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business for expanding and managing global markets.
- Proficiency in Business Planning for creating market entry strategies, sales plans, and growth roadmaps.
- Experience in International Sales for driving revenue, negotiating contracts, and managing distributor networks.
- Account Management capabilities for nurturing long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with understanding of global regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets simultaneously, and travel internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
