Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in Noida, India. The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with global clients, and developing strategies to support market expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, creating sales presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies, managing international markets, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis to identify trends and optimize business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse global audiences.
- Experience in localization services, eLearning solutions, and technology-driven business expansion is highly advantageous.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
