Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to lead and expand our global B2B business for our cosmetic brand Auravedic. The role will focus on developing international markets, building overseas distribution networks, and driving export-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop international B2B opportunities across key global markets
· Appoint and manage overseas distributors, importers, and strategic partners
· Drive export sales through institutional clients, private label opportunities, and international retail chains
· Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, MOUs, and commercial terms
· Manage key international accounts and ensure long-term partnerships
· Coordinate with internal teams on export documentation, compliance, logistics, and production planning
· Track global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
· Achieve international revenue and expansion targets
Key Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in international B2B business development (cosmetics/beauty/FMCG preferred)
· Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and documentation
· Proven track record of developing overseas markets
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
· Ability to work independently and drive global growth initiatives
