ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned International Business Development Manager to spearhead global client acquisition for our Software Division. This role requires a hunter mindset combined with strategic acumen — you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, working with international enterprises, crypto ventures, and AI-driven businesses.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
International Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new international clients for Blockchain, AI, and Crypto software development services
- Develop territory plans targeting North America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a target of 3x quota coverage at all times
- Represent Cyrene AI at international conferences, summits, and Web3/AI industry events
- Partner with founding team to define go-to-market strategy for new service offerings
Pre-Sales to Closure (Authenticated Sales Funnel)
- Execute a structured, data-driven sales funnel from Lead Generation through Deal Closure
- Conduct discovery sessions to map client pain points and align Cyrene AI solutions
- Lead technical pre-sales presentations, product demos, and Proof-of-Concept walkthroughs
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and commercial offers
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage objections, and drive contracts to signature
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data and forecasting
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Build C-suite and decision-maker relationships across target verticals
- Coordinate with Technical, Delivery, and Legal teams to ensure aligned client communication
- Manage post-closure onboarding handover to ensure seamless client experience
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Annual Revenue Target: USD 1M+ in new contracts
- Pipeline Generation: 3x quota of qualified opportunities
- Lead-to-Closure Conversion Rate: >25%
- New Logo Acquisition: 8+ international clients per year
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required
- 6–10 years of B2B international sales experience in IT/software services
- Demonstrated success selling Blockchain, AI, or Crypto-related technology solutions
- Proven track record of closing deals in the USD 100K–500K+ range
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical architectures
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken); additional languages a strong plus
- Experience with CRM tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
Preferred
- MBA or Post-Graduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or Technology
- Existing network in Web3, DeFi, FinTech, or AI industry ecosystems
- Knowledge of Indian IT export compliance and international contracting norms
