Shift Timing: 5.30AM to 2.30PM(AU- Mumbai) IST /12.30PM to 9.30PM (UK-Pune) IST / 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Gurgaon)

As part of our aggressive US expansion strategy, we are hiring high-performing Business
Development Managers to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Summary
This is a pure hunter role focused on end-to-end sales and new business acquisition in the
United States market.
The BDM will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, running outreach
campaigns, booking meetings, delivering demos, crafting solutions, negotiating commercials,
and closing deals.
We are looking for individuals who can penetrate the US market, build a strong pipeline, and
consistently win new business across outsourcing service lines.
Core Responsibilities
● Drive aggressive hunting to acquire new logos in the US geography
● Consistently achieve and overachieve sales and revenue targets
● Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
● Prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
● Booking qualified discovery meetings
● Running strategy and demo calls
● Presenting service capabilities and value proposition
● Negotiating commercials and contracts
● Closing deals independently
Other Responsibilities
● Engage CXOs, Founders, Practice Owners & Decision Makers
● Build long-term strategic relationships
● Position befree as a trusted outsourcing partner
● Identify market opportunities and competitor positioning
● Build GTM strategies for US expansion and provide sales intelligence
● Maintain hygiene in CRM (Zoho or similar)
● Track pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics
Candidate Profile
● 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales / Business Development
● Strong experience selling into the US/ UK market
● Background in outsourcing / offshoring services preferred
● Proven hunter mindset with new logo acquisition success
● Experience in end-to-end closure roles
● Ability to run demos, commercials, and negotiations independently
● Strong communication & executive presence
