Job Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident International Business Development Manager who can help us expand globally, generate high-value leads, build client relationships, and close international technology deals in blockchain and fintech sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales mindset, and understanding of technology services.
Responsibilities
- Generate international business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and online platforms
- Identify potential clients in blockchain, fintech, Web3, banking, and startup sectors
- Handle outbound sales and client communication
- Schedule and attend international client meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare proposals and follow-ups with the sales team
- Build long-term relationships with global clients and partners
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Work closely with founders on growth and expansion strategies
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of international sales process
- Experience in IT services sales, blockchain, fintech, or SaaS sales preferred
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and proposal handling
- Ability to confidently present services during meetings
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Blockchain / Web3 industry
- UAE or international client handling experience
- Understanding of crypto, tokenization, fintech, or digital banking
- Familiarity with CRM tools and cold outreach tools

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month
- Attractive Incentives & Commission on closures
