Role Overview
We are looking for an International Business Development Executive who can drive revenue by acquiring global clients.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- is comfortable working in night shifts
- can confidently handle international clients
- and has a strong closing mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify international leads (LinkedIn, cold outreach, inbound)
- Conduct discovery calls aligned with US/UK time zones
- Understand client needs and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions
- Create proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → closure → onboarding)
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution
- Maintain CRM and track pipeline
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development
- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience with international clients is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email sales, CRM tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Strong negotiation & closing ability
