We're Hiring – International Business Development Executive
WTS TechX is an early-stage technology startup building AI-powered digital solutions and SaaS products for businesses.
Until now, we've primarily worked on client projects, but we're now expanding our team to scale globally and build products that solve real business problems.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with business owners, and helping a startup grow.
Your Responsibilities
• Research potential clients and target industries worldwide.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Reach out to founders, CEOs, and decision-makers through calls, emails, DMs, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present the right WTS TechX solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Record simple product demos, service explainers, client conversations, and business-related content for social media (training will be provided).
• Work closely with the founder to improve client acquisition and business growth.
What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication.
Confidence in online meetings and presentations.
Strong research and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach.
Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, and startups.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Work Mode
📍 Hybrid
Remote for research, outreach, follow-ups, and online meetings.
Occasional in-person meetings in Patna/Samastipur for planning, strategy sessions, client meetings, or content recording when required.
