Job Title: Executive (International Business Development)
Job Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram, Haryana.
Experience Required: 3โ5 Years
Industry Preference: Pharma / Medical Devices
Role Objective
A key objective of this role is to manage & support International Business Development initiatives and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for EUROPEAN markets. The person will be responsible for expanding our European footprint through targeted customer acquisition and distributor onboarding. The position pairs aggressive market creation with effective management of commercial and operational workflows to consistently hit sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in pharmacy or science; postgraduate qualification in business administration or international business is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of total experience in international pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare business.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in international business development.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of export documentation, pharmaceutical regulatory processes, international market dynamics and CRM systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication with existing and potential customers to foster business growth.
- Provide prompt, high-quality service to international customers and other stakeholders.
- Draft distributor agreements and coordinate their execution.
- Facilitate the collection and submission of registration certificates to the regulatory department.
- Share and align invoice plans with managers to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Develop high-impact monthly plans focused on rapid market creation and expansion.
