Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to expand our global business presence and build strong international partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong market understanding, and a passion for international sales and business growth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, explore international markets, and contribute directly to the company’s export growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets
- Generate leads through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
- Handle client communication, inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and export documentation support
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall international business growth
- Represent the company in international meetings, virtual conferences, and trade events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of International Business Development and Export Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation
- Ability to build long-term relationships with global clients
- Good understanding of international market trends and business practices
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Agriculture, or Export Industry will be preferred
