About The Role
We are looking for a
Marketing Executive / Business Development Associate who has experience working with
recruitment consultancies or placement agencies and can help us connect with
international clients who require Indian healthcare professionals .
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching
foreign hospitals, healthcare organizations, or recruitment agencies that require
Indian doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach international clients who require Indian healthcare manpower .
- Build relationships with overseas hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare recruitment partners .
- Generate 56 active clients who can collaborate with us for healthcare recruitment.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and vacancies .
- Maintain professional communication with foreign clients and support business development.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment consultancy, placement agency, or HR consultancy .
- Comfortable communicating with international clients .
- Good communication and client handling skills .
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work on freelance / incentive basis .
