Job Title: International Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: 2.16 – 2.64 LPA (18–22k Monthly) (Based on interview & performance)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to support lead generation and global client acquisition. The primary focus of this role is identifying new business opportunities through various channels. The role also includes secondary responsibilities in procurement (sourcing local suppliers for enquiries) and supporting overall business development activities. Training will be provided to help you understand processes and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary)
- Generate international leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, B2B portals, trade directories, and other online sources
- Identify potential clients and initiate communication via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain and update lead database, enquiry trackers, and follow-up records
- Assist in sending quotations, product details, and company introductions to prospects
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to convert enquiries into business opportunities
- Support in expanding the company’s global presence and customer base
2. Procurement & Supplier Sourcing (Secondary)
- Identify and source reliable local suppliers based on incoming enquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, documentation, and product details
- Maintain supplier database and comparative analysis records
- Assist in vendor evaluation and development for long-term collaboration
3. Business Development Support
- Assist senior team members in ongoing business development activities
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications
- Coordinate internally for smooth execution of enquiries and orders
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, suppliers, and client interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA (Freshers preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in international business and sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and professional email communication
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Languages: English (Professional communication required), Hindi
