About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to drive global expansion and build strong client relationships in the pharmaceutical export domain. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, international markets, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
- Generate leads through online platforms, databases, and market research
- Explore new regions and potential clients for pharma exports
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Handle communication with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close business deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Support in developing strategies for market expansion
- Maintain updated knowledge of global pharma regulations (basic level)
5. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, logistics, regulatory, QA)
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth order execution
- Maintain records in CRM/ERP systems
Skills & Requirements- Strong communication & negotiation skills (English mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of pharma/export industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification- Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BBA, MBA, or relevant field preferred)
Experience- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- 1–3 years experience in pharma export / sales / BDE preferred
