Job Location: Navi Mumbai, India (Kharghar area; flexible remote options based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through targeted identification, in-depth research, and qualification of leads in international markets.
- Perform outbound cold and warm calls to discover and qualify leads within assigned regions, focusing on the USA, UK, and EMEA.
- Handle follow-ups on project-based inquiries, conducting insightful conversations to engage contacts and schedule appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the prospect database with accurate call logs, activity details, and alternative contact information.
- Nurture prospects from initial outreach to qualified lead status, ensuring consistent progression toward sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads in target accounts as outlined by the sales team, contributing to overall business development goals
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) (Civil Preferred) (MBA preferred)
- 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, or related sales roles.
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with prospects from the USA, UK, and EMEA regions.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities to identify high-value opportunities.
- Proactive, goal-driven attitude with willingness to adapt to evening shifts for international alignment.
- Advantage: Prior experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or B2B services sectors.
