Role Description
This is an entry-level global business development and lead generation role focused on bringing software development projects and outsourcing opportunities to CyreneAI.
You will actively search for potential clients across international markets using platforms such as:

- Upwork

- Cold email campaigns
- Founder communities
- Startup directories
- AI/Web3 communities

Your primary responsibility is to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, generate qualified leads, and help convert them into software development projects.
This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, resourceful, highly persistent, and comfortable with outreach and internet research.
Experience
- 6 month –1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, marketing, or client outreach
- Freshers, interns, and highly motivated junior candidates are encouraged to apply
- Prior internship or freelance experience in outreach, sales, or online research is a plus
- Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or cold email tools will be preferred

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Find and identify businesses, startups, founders, and agencies looking for:

- Search and monitor platforms including:

- Build daily lead lists with decision-maker details
- Research target companies and personalize outreach
Marketplace & Platform Management
- Create, optimize, and manage company profiles on:

- Fiverr Pro
- Other global outsourcing marketplaces
- Maintain strong profile quality, portfolio positioning, and service listings
- Continuously improve proposal templates and agency presentation
- Apply daily to relevant software development projects
- Track proposal performance and conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare project responses
- Identify high-value opportunities aligned with CyreneAI’s expertise
- Maintain platform activity, responsiveness, and account health metrics
Outreach & Client Acquisition
- Send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages
- Initiate conversations with founders, CTOs, and business owners
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Schedule discovery calls for senior team members
- Help prepare proposals and introductory decks
- Maintain outreach pipelines and CRM records
Market Research
- Identify trending demand areas in:
- AI
- Automation
- Blockchain
- SaaS
- Startup MVPs
- Web3 infrastructure
- Analyze competitor agencies and outsourcing firms
- Suggest new outreach channels and acquisition strategies
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Strong English communication skills
