Role Overview :
We are looking for a sensible and proactive Business Development Executive to support international outreach and client acquisition efforts for global hiring and mobility programs.
The role involves identifying international employers, staffing companies, hospitality groups, healthcare recruiters, and training partners across Germany and Europe, initiating outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls, and helping onboard new business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct international outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and networking.
- Identify and connect with potential employers, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners.
- Generate and qualify leads for international hiring collaborations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior management for partnership discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain CRM and outreach tracking sheets.
- Support onboarding and coordination of new international clients.
Required Skills :
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of the German Language is a plus
- Strong LinkedIn outreach and email drafting abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic understanding of international recruitment or staffing is a plus.
- Good research and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets.
- Smart, confident, and proactive personality.
Salary Range: Based on experience + incentives ( Ranging from 3.5 to 5 lacs P.A.)
