Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development - Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive, based in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets, creating and implementing business plans for global expansion, managing international accounts, and driving international sales. The role involves:
- Relationship management with key international clients and contributing to business growth strategies.
- Order processing and validation.
- Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing feasibility, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and track export documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners.
- Track buyer invoices and payment status; maintain receivables aging report.
- Reporting and Data management - Maintain and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Business Development and International Sales processes.
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic implementation to expand market reach.
- Skills in Account Management, including maintaining and growing relationships with international clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a global business context.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic business approaches.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in international business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in the cosmetic, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
