Role Overview
As an International Customer Support Associate, you will manage inbound interactions, assist customers with product and account-related queries, and ensure a high-quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle international customers via calls and chat
• Resolve billing, subscription, and account-related queries
• Guide users on product features and admin tools
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
• Deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience
Requirements
• 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
• Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
