About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Support Associate (International BPO Telecaller) to join our team. This role involves interacting with global customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality support experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions via calls and chat
- Resolve billing, subscription, and account-related queries efficiently
- Assist customers with product usage and administrative tools
- Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
- Exposure to SaaS, digital, or technology-driven environments preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or equivalent)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
