We have an urgent opening for International Customer Support (US E-commerce Process) with a leading MNC in Jaipur.

Location: Jaipur

Salary: Up to 34,000 CTC

Experience: 6 months+ in BPO / Customer Support

Process: International Voice (US Process)

Job Role

• Handle inbound customer calls related to orders, refunds, returns, and payment issues
• Provide excellent customer support with strong communication
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in International Voice Process preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
