As an International BPO Executive with Sitel, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and support. This role involves handling various customer interactions, providing detailed information about products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
At Sitel, you will engage in international voice processes, including both inbound and outbound calling. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and identifying customer needs effectively. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or telecalling. This full-time role requires working night shifts with a 5-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, providing accurate information about products, services, and offers as per Sitel’s guidelines.
- Identify and address customer needs, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at Sitel.
- Handle customer issues with professionalism, offering timely solutions and maintaining compliance with Sitel’s protocols.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and promote additional services provided by Sitel.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions for efficient tracking and future reference.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team to help improve processes and enhance overall service quality at Sitel.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by Sitel.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with Sitel’s products, services, and procedural updates.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures during customer interactions at Sitel.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass and above; a graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in international voice processes, customer support, or telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional speaking manner.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software to handle customer data and interactions.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach in handling inquiries.
- High level of patience and capability to manage challenging situations effectively.
