We are hiring dynamic and confident candidates with experience in International BPO and strong marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication abilities and be comfortable interacting with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communication (calls, emails, chats)
- Promote company services and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support marketing and sales activities
- Achieve performance and target goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in International BPO is preferred
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong marketing and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
- Good computer knowledge
