We are hiring for Customer Service Executive (Semi Voice)

Location: Aspee, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Shift Window: 24/7 (Any 9 hours per day)

Week Off: Any 2 rotational days off per week

Fresher (Graduate): 3.5LPA

Experienced: 4.25LPA

A Leading UK Based Low-cost airline, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. We have exciting opportunities for both Customer Service Executive and Specialists for our Holiday division.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer inquiries and provide support via Calls & Chat
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service

Holiday Specialist:

  • Assist customers with holiday bookings and inquiries
  • Provide expert advice on travel packages and destinations
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable holiday planning experience for clients

Qualification:

Graduation mandatory for Freshers

UG with minimum 6Months Experience
