Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling, cold calling, and follow-ups to find and attract prospective students.
- Engage with walk-ins, digital inquiries, and referrals to convert them into qualified counseling prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fresh and active leads for continuous admissions flow.
- Conduct initial counseling sessions to qualify students based on eligibility, interest, and intent.
- Approach schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to generate student leads and conduct counseling sessions.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities to source new candidates.
- Use social media, databases, and internal tools to identify and connect with potential students.
- Develop relationships with students and parents to build trust and encourage further engagement.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep prospects warm and move them into the counseling funnel.
- Track and manage lead data, ensuring proper categorization (hot, warm, cold leads).
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Ensure daily/weekly targets for lead generation, calls, and student interactions are achieved.
- Provide accurate and basic counseling information to spark interest and bring candidates into the system.
- Continuously explore new channels and strategies to increase the volume and quality of student leads.
