Europe Careers is expanding and looking for a passionate, professional, and result-driven International Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Kanpur.

About the Role
As an International Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students who wish to pursue higher education in Poland and other European countries. You will play a key role in helping students choose the right academic pathway and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students regarding study opportunities in Poland and Europe
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programmes
• Guide students through admissions, documentation, and application procedures
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with students and parents
• Coordinate with university partners and the admissions team
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and student databases
• Achieve counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong counselling, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents
• Experience in study abroad counselling, admissions, or education consultancy preferred
• Knowledge of Poland or European higher education systems will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
