Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for an International Admission Counselor. The counselor will guide prospective international students through the admission process, address inquiries about academic programs and facilities, and provide personalized support to ensure seamless admissions. Key responsibilities include effective communication with potential students and their families, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with international students and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding student needs to ensure a positive admissions experience
- Sales expertise to promote Chandigarh University’s programs to prospective international students
- Knowledge of the Education sector for effectively discussing academic opportunities and counseling students
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in admissions or international student recruitment being a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
