Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, for an International Academic Counsellor. The role involves guiding prospective and enrolled students through academic and career pathways, counseling students on course selection, and providing personalized academic advising. The counsellor will also assist in facilitating communication with students, understanding their education needs, and offering tailored guidance on career prospects and skill development, ensuring the best outcomes for every learner.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build meaningful student relationships
- Experience in Academic Advising and offering personalized education guidance
- Knowledge and understanding of the education sector, including course structures and career pathways
- Proficiency in handling diverse student needs with empathy and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in a student or career advisory role is a plus
