Job Summary
IBR Infotech LLP is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Business Development Executive who can generate quality leads, understand client technical requirements at a development level, and independently prepare professional proposals, documentation, and project estimations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales, client communication, requirement gathering, proposal drafting, and coordination with development teams for software/web/mobile application projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold emailing, online bidding platforms, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Identify potential clients for Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, SaaS, CRM, ERP, and Custom Software Services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Technical Requirement Understanding
- Understand client requirements at a technical/development level.
- Analyze project scope, features, workflows, APIs, integrations, timelines, and technologies.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers for technical feasibility discussions.
- Prepare requirement documents, scope documents, and functional understanding notes.
Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare customized proposals, project estimations, presentations, and business documents independently.
- Draft professional project documentation including:
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- BRD/FRS Documents
- Project Roadmaps
- Cost Estimations
- Timelines & Milestones
- Create persuasive client presentations and service pitches.
Client Communication & Sales Closure
- Attend client meetings and discovery calls.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and project closures.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Ensure proper handover of projects to the execution team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT services and software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of technologies like: Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/Automation Solutions, APIs & Integrations, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP Systems
- Experience with proposal writing and estimation preparation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in an IT service-based company.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Business Development / Technical Sales / Software Sales.
