Role Objective
We are looking for a sharp, driven Internal Recruiter to help build our core team from the ground up. You will not be recruiting for our clients; instead, your sole focus is to find, attract, and hire high-performing Recruiters, Lead Sourcers, and Managers to join our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Internal Hiring: Identify and hire quality recruitment professionals to meet our internal expansion goals.
- Headhunting: Proactively reach out to successful agency recruiters in the Chennai/Tamil Nadu region.
- Screening for "Culture Fit": Ensure every new hire aligns with our company’s work ethic and growth mindset.
- Incentive Negotiation: Explain our commission structures and career paths to potential hires.
- Onboarding: Manage the integration of new team members to ensure they are productive from Day 1.
Candidate Requirements
- Local Network: Strong connections within the Chennai recruitment community.
- Communication: Excellent persuasive skills in English and Tamil.
- Persistence: A "hunter" mindset to find the best talent in a competitive market.
What We’re Looking For
- The Experience: 2–4 years in Internal TA or hiring specifically for staffing agencies. You know the "Agency World" inside out.
- The Voice: Bilingual brilliance. You can persuade and build rapport fluently in both English and Tamil.
- The Mindset: A "Hunter" personality. You don’t wait for applications; you go out and get the best.
