Finplan Edu is hiring for the position of Internal Sales Team Trainer
We’re looking for a mature, stable professional who takes ownership and demonstrates strong leadership.
Someone who contributes positively to team culture while driving training excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal sales training sessions for new joiners and candidates present
- Design and deliver structured, engaging training programs for the company’s offerings
- Deliver on-the-spot training with clarity, confidence, and impact presentations
- Assess candidate behaviour, communication, and grasping ability through observation
- Train on sales pitch, objection handling, and customer interaction strategies
- Ensure consistent understanding of programs like ACCA, US CMA, IBCom, and Sports Programs
- Utilise CRM and other tools to streamline training and sales operations
- Monitor trainee performance, analyse progress, and provide actionable feedback
- Audit training calls, follow-ups, and overall student interactions
What We're Looking For
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales training, coaching, or mentoring teams
- Ability to understand customer needs and improve service quality
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and improve outcomes
Location: Thane
Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA
