Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Internal Sales Representative based in Gurgaon. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting the company’s educational programs. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting consultations with prospective clients, preparing presentations, and maintaining client records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support students in selecting appropriate courses that align with their goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in consultative selling, lead conversions, and relationship-building techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity or prior experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for client record management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
