ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Inside Sales engineer will work towards supporting outside sales engineer along with Head of Sales technically and commercially
- Accountable, particularly dealing with technical products and services
- Coordination with outside Sales for Technical offer and order processing
- Backlog, Price, delivery and sample management • Forecast tracking
- responsible to support outside sales in order to achieve their sales target.
- Maintaining clear communication among cross functional team for smooth sales transactions
- Prioritize offers & orders process initiatives
- Preparing offer & order processing reports
- Tracking of all enquiries, order process including self- analysis and customer prioritization
- Conduct in house trial and technical support to walk in customers
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Diploma with 1-3 years of experience, or BE freshers may also apply
- Proven work experience in manufacturing process like Production, Quality or Maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skill • Preferred knowledge of CRM Software and MS Office
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Basic commercial awareness and acumen
- Good Interpersonal skill within cross functional department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant ones
