Role Description
The Internal Sales Engineer will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for managing inside sales activities such as preparing quotations, providing technical sales support, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team on end-to-end sales engineering efforts, including identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and preparing accurate and timely Quotations
- Knowledge of Sales Engineering and advanced Sales techniques
- Ability to provide effective Technical Support to clients
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and good organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field
- Prior experience in industrial systems or automation technologies is an advantage
