Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal HR Recruiter based in Vadodara. The Internal HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees. The role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, managing job postings, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. The recruiter will also develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates effectively
- Experience in building recruitment strategies and maintaining talent pipelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of human resource management practices, talent acquisition trends, and compliance policies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is an advantage
