PricewaterhouseCoopers Acceleration Centre, Kolkata Learning & Development Senior Associate (Reporting) The Senior Learning and Development Administrator (Reporting) ensures compliance and accurate reporting. They oversee complex reporting requirements, foster strong cross-team relationships, and proactively anticipate the needs of territory and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
Ensures accurate and timely reporting
Oversees all aspects of mandatory training deadlines reporting maintaining 100% compliance and high accuracy.
Produces clear, concise stakeholder communications, provides regular compliance updates and managing non-completion in line with policy.
Experience using reporting tools like Cornerstone and Alteryx to work on complex data sets
A keen eye for detail to be able to conduct review of data, flag amendments to ensure high levels of accuracy
Drives quality assurance and process enhancements
Maintains robust records and supports ongoing regulatory obligations, including internal audits and compliance reporting.
Reviews and refines reporting processes, using feedback and data insights to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Defines and tracks evaluation metrics, using data to guide decisions and recommend future enhancements.
Coaches and supports colleagues, sharing knowledge and promoting a continuous learning culture.
Works comfortably in ambiguity—asking the right questions and using uncertainty as a development opportunity.
Builds strong stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
Partners effectively with relevant support teams to resolve system issues, optimize reporting, and ensure smooth operation of key platforms.
Communicates confidently across all levels in writing and verbally, including leading constructive, challenging conversations to uphold standards.
Preferred Skills
Experience:
5-6 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in professional services/financial services with focus on managing mandatory compliance / audit training.
Graduate Data analytics and reporting using Advanced excel, working with complex datasets with accuracy
Proven risk management skills with managing multiple projects at a time Should showcase critical thinking and problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to maintain proper business documentation
Team player with very strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and collaborates with colleagues across the network
Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment Knowledge on learning tools and technologies, such as Cornerstone On Demand.
