Job descriptionSalary -7-8lpa for Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across various industries, including manufacturing, services, trading, and NBFCs.
- Evaluate and improve internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Prepare audit plans, execute fieldwork, and draft detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Identify gaps in business processes and controls and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with client teams for data, walkthroughs, and follow-up on audit issues.
- Perform risk assessments, control testing, and SOP reviews.
- Handle stock audits, revenue audits, process audits, and forensic reviews, if required.
- Keep up to date with changes in laws, standards, and audit methodologies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in internal audit preferred
Skills:
- Sound understanding of audit procedures and standards
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and Income Tax
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and audit software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
