Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Internal Auditor. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, evaluating financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves analyzing financial records, identifying inefficiencies, and providing recommendations to improve financial processes and internal controls. Additional tasks may include collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing audit reports and conducting comprehensive financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data and trends
- Knowledge of finance and financial compliance standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required); certifications such as CA, CIA, or CPA are a plus
- Prior experience in internal auditing within the housing finance or financial services sector is advantageous
