Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for an Internal Auditor. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key responsibilities include preparing audit reports, evaluating financial data, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role involves collaboration with different teams to enhance controls and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in preparing comprehensive and detailed Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
- Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and financial management practices
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings
- Relevant certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are an advantage
- Proficiency in audit tools, software, and MS Office applications
- Proactive approach with attention to detail and ability to work independently
