Role Description
Brawn Laboratories Limited is seeking a full-time Internal Auditor to join our team at our Faridabad headquarters. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial records, assessing risk management practices, preparing financial and compliance reports, and recommending process improvements. This is an on-site role, requiring close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure operational transparency and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial auditing processes, risk management, and internal control systems
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, including audit procedures and legal standards within the pharmaceutical industry
- Analytical skills for identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable improvements
- Competence in using auditing tools and financial reporting software
- Excellent report-writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CIA are a plus
- Professional experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
