Senior Consultant – Internal Audit & SOX for its Financial & Regulatory Risk Services team . The role involves managing SOX 404 and internal audit engagements, conducting risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, preparing process documentation and RCMs, and supporting risk management initiatives. Candidates should be Chartered Accountants with 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit and SOX compliance, strong knowledge of COSO frameworks, and excellent client management and team leadership skills. Experience in international client-facing engagements and certifications such as CIA or CISA are preferred
