Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Audit Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Internal Audit Manager will oversee the company’s internal audit function, developing audit plans, conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance processes and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex data and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience with Internal Controls and implementing standards to secure compliance and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits, including preparation, execution, and reporting of findings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CA or CPA certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
- Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus.
