Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
Experience : 6+ Years
Location : Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional, branch, and process audits as per the audit calendar
- Prepare, review, and share audit reports, findings, and recommendations with business stakeholders and internal audit teams
- Monitor closure of audit observations and review action taken reports submitted by auditees
- Identify process gaps, compliance issues, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement of audit processes, checklists, and internal control mechanisms
- Ensure audits are conducted in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of audit findings, reports, SOPs, and supporting evidence
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure smooth audit execution
- Promote awareness of audit methodologies, risk mitigation, and process improvement practices
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed university
- 6–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Audit or Operations roles
- Preferred industry background: Insurance
- Experience in banking or financial services industry will also be considered
- Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and financial/insurance operations
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment
