- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Audit team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy on-the-ground operational auditing and process improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.Eligible CandidatesCA (Chartered Accountant)
- CA Dropouts (IPCC/Inter cleared with completed articleship)
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
- MBA (Finance/Operations)
Key Areas of ResponsibilityYou will be responsible for conducting Concurrent and Internal Audits across the following critical business functions:Procurement: Reviewing the purchase cycle, Invoice Verification with supportings, GST compliances etcInventory: Conducting physical verification, stock aging analysis, and review of Non Moving InventoryHR & Payroll: Auditing employee records, attendance systems etcContract Labour: Verification of vendor billings and Related Supportings etc
- Desired SkilsTechnical: Strong knowledge of Internal Control Frameworks.
- Software: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, integrity, and the ability to communicate findings to management.
