Audit Associate – Job Description (Fresher)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate (Fresher) to support our finance and accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in financial processes, documentation, and compliance.
The role involves assisting with invoice management, maintaining financial records, handling petty cash transactions, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and capable of working with financial data accurately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and documentation.
- Support in managing petty cash and recording daily transactions.
- Help in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Update accounting databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable tracking.
- Support tax-related documentation such as TDS and basic filings.
- Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial data.
- Follow company accounting policies and compliance standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / Accounting / Finance (Freshers only).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
