Role Description As an Intern Video Editor at ROIOptimizzer, you will support the production of short-form and long-form video content for digital campaigns, social media, and advertising assets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assembling raw footage, editing video sequences, adding transitions, text, and basic effects, and preparing multiple versions optimized for different platforms. You will assist in basic color corrections, audio adjustments, and maintaining visual consistency across campaign creatives. The role also involves collaborating with the creative, performance marketing, and design teams to understand campaign objectives and adapt edits based on feedback. You will help organize media assets, maintain project files, and ensure timely delivery of edited videos that meet brand and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to assemble, trim, and refine footage into clear and engaging narratives.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent look and feel across shots and align visuals with brand tone.
- Exposure to Motion Graphics and Graphics to create or integrate simple animations, titles, lower thirds, and on-screen elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or similar is a plus).
- Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and attention to detail, with the ability to work from briefs and adapt based on feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing work (academic, personal, or freelance projects) is highly preferred.
