- USA / Canada / Dubai / India Responsibilities: For (BBA / MBA) Intern-to-Hire – Business Development Assist in promoting IT products and services through lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client communication. Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor insights. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns. Maintain and update lead data, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach strategies and client requirements. Learn and apply practical skills in IT sales, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. Work towards assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently over calls and virtual meetings. Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/IT environment. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
