The Role
This isn't your typical HR internship where you fetch coffee and update spreadsheets. You'll be FlytBase's Swiss Army knife for talent and culture — one day you're researching AI talent pipelines, the next you're creating content that shows why top engineers choose FlytBase over Google. You'll work directly with leadership on projects that actually matter: employer branding campaigns, community outreach experiments, recruiting automation, whatever moves the needle that week.
We're looking for someone who gets excited about ambiguity, not overwhelmed by it. You'll have real ownership over projects that impact how FlytBase attracts and retains world-class talent. This role could evolve into anything — full-time recruiting, content marketing, operations — depending on where you create the most value and what lights you up.
What You'll Own
• Content creation for employer branding across LinkedIn, Twitter, and lifeatflytbase.com
• Build the content + community + events engine for aiatflytbase.com
• Community engagement with drone, AI, and startup ecosystems
• Competitive intelligence on talent strategies in the Physical AI space
• Find the high-leverage recruits the team needs tackled this quarter
Best Suited For
• Students or recent grads who've already conducted hackathons, events, or clubs
• Experience with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable for personal projects
• Natural curiosity about how fast-growing companies attract and retain talent
• Comfortable with ambiguous projects that don't have clear playbooks
• Strong writing skills — you can explain complex ideas simply
• Social media savvy, especially LinkedIn and Twitter for professional content
• Interest in drone technology, AI, or B2B software (bonus, not required)
• Track record of finishing what you start, even when no one's watching

Who You'll Work With
You'll report to our Talent Lead but work closely with founders and department heads across the company. You'll get direct exposure to how leadership thinks about hiring, culture, and scaling a category-defining Physical AI company.
