About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support end-to-end recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Support in job postings and employer branding activities
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Who Can Apply:
- Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree/diploma in HR or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Available to work full-time for 3 months
