Our work spans across health tech, capacity building, rural development & gram panchayats, governance frameworks, ESG, sustainability, digital transformation, inclusive development, data collection aggregator , political advisory. We partner with governments, policymakers, bureaucrats, public representatives, changemakers, development partners to deliver impact-driven solutions in governance, public health, energy transition, and digital innovation.
Our team brings deep expertise in deep-down grassroot implementation, action based research, analytics, portfolio management, policy analysis, project management, media communications, campaign support, develop high impact products— enabling leaders to drive socio-political and developmental change, public impact, grievance redressal through AI, policy & governance surveillance. tourism growth and investment promotion-circuits.
Over 500+ young professionals have emerged as a promising associates, managers, project heads in consulting, business, heath, legislative assistants, personal advisors, officers on special duty, governance, as public representatives in political spectrum. We have reached around 3 crore households directly with welfare driven module. Our members have worked on campaigns which involved a population of 86 crore covering 12 states of India. This involves our core offices across few states, our partners, collaborators, managers, fellows, employees, community volunteers, consultants in coordination with government offices have worked on relentless problem and provided tangible implementation initiatives and collaborated to make people and resource centric decisions.
Role can be remote or on field depending on the candidate. Candidate can be assessed for both.
Create presentations, presentation decks, policy briefs, strategic presentations, impact assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support end to end design and execution of governance, social impact campaigns, narratives, ensuring alignment with policy objectives and necessary protocols.
Field-based coordination with local administrative bodies & healthcare institutions to facilitate training, digital training and onboarding, capacity-building of frontline workers ASHA health facilitators.
Undertake full ground immersion in assigned district to capture community needs, evaluate systemic gaps, and translate grassroots insights into meaningful policy and programmatic interventions and convert to meaningful presentations as per given comfortable timelines.
Work with socioeconomic groups demographic data to generate actionable insights that guide program strategy across domains such as health systems strengthening, ESG integration, digital transformation, water, governance etc
Tech-driven governance tools, electronic health records, ESG compliance platforms, RT monitoring dashboards, tailored for government, institutional ecosystems.
Develop and implement scalable, cross-sectoral interventions in health, energy, and technology, in collaboration with project managers and policy experts.
Stakeholder mapping and engage with key players across government, civil society, private sectors, ensuring alignment, coordination, and fast tracked execution of all project components.
Central govt schemes & re-directed state government schemes in implementation, not in theory.
Fundamental understanding on regulatory practises, legal frameworks & compliance, protocols, dialogue, risk mitigation, government and corporate escalation matrix, systemic design.
Data analytics : SQL, Python, Dashboards, data governance, web design, SAP, Power BI, Agile Project Management, technology integration to processes.
People Strategy, Skill Mapping, Process -Mapping, cross functional governance, KPIs, Platforms of Monitoring & Evaluation
Requirements: Students & phd researcher enrolled in graduate, postgraduate in Development Studies, Political Science, Economics, Public Health, Diploma in Health Business, Entrepreneurship Management, Social Work, Mental Health & Psychiatry , Agriculture & Economics, Business Management, Data Science, AI, Gender Studies, Human Resource, MBBS, BAMS, Biotechnology.
Interest and passion to work along with government systems or in evolving project settings with grassroots-level interaction, travel to dynamic field environments.
Designing multiple operations with KPI Surveys to collect citizen-level data & feedback mechanisms.
Analytical knowledge in consulting, Health tech, public policy, development collaboration , multi-stakeholder engagement, resource sharing and engagement, governance initiative, capacity building
Remote fellowship role shall not be paid. On ground fellowship is paid & shall be facilitated with all amenities
