About Us
Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track.
Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Traya’s mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a trend-obsessed creator to amplify Traya’s presence on Instagram and YouTube. This is not a “just post content” role - you’ll be researching emerging formats, experimenting with AI tools, and helping shape high-impact campaigns that spark conversations and drive distribution.
What You’ll Do
- Trend Hunting: Track emerging formats, hooks, and cultural moments across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, and other rising platforms. Spot patterns and posts before they peak and translate them into actionable content ideas.
- AI-Driven Creation: Use next-gen tools like HeyGen, Veo3, Kling, Mid-Journey, and any new platform you discover to produce high-impact videos, reels, shorts, and static creatives.
- Content Creation & Writing: Write engaging and on-brand copy for posts, captions, stories, and short-form videos (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.). Support blog writing, newsletters, and campaign messaging as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track post performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve content strategy.
- Distribution & Growth: Experiment with posting schedules, thumbnail variations, captions, hashtags, and cross-posting tactics to increase reach and engagement.
- Data Tracking: Monitor performance metrics (views, retention, click-throughs, comments) and share weekly insights to refine the strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- A social native who instinctively understands what grabs attention on IG and YT.
- Curiosity and comfort with AI content tools—or the drive to learn them fast.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, editing basics, and an eye for design.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on it.
- Self-starter energy- someone who thrives on experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Bonus: Prior experience running personal or brand social accounts, even small ones.
